Santa Monica Studio and Sony for some time have been ensuring that God of War: Ragnarok will launch in 2022 on PS4 and PS5. However, half of the year has already passed and we still haven't found out the game's release date.
There are many indications that it will be revealed next week, specifically onJune 30. For then - according to the informant publishing on Twitter as The Snitch (@insider_wtf) - it will be revealed. That's when Sony is planning the next state of play.
"The number 11110, which is "spoken" by Kratos in the gif above, is notation of thirty in the binary system. So the post leaves no doubt - it's about the date June 30, 2022."
The Snitch has already proven that his reports can be relied on, by posting the full list of games that Sony unveiled a few hours later at the latest State of Play. what's more well-known industry insider Tom Henderson has come to a similar conclusion - as we wrote on Monday - and Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier assured at the beginning of June that by the end of the month we will know the release date of God of War: Ragnarok.
Another hint may be a post by the game's director, Cory Barlog, which appeared a few days ago on Twitter (shared below). The gif featuring Batman could mean anything and nothing, but the first comment under that post - which reads: "Where's the date Cory" - leaves no illusions about what fans are expecting. One can be sure that the developer is aware of this and deliberately fuels the already considerable interest of the community.
